The position offers remote work with travel as needed and involvement in AP4P, sign-on/relocation options, and leadership duties across Intermountain Health’s payer contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating complex payer agreements and transplant center contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for rate methodologies and reimbursement.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, actionable summaries.

Responsabilités

• Lead payer contract strategy for transplant programs and negotiate agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Legal, and Compliance on contracts and risk controls.
• Mentor Payer Contracting staff and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Ensure contract language and payment terms align with regulatory and internal standards.
