Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Payer Contracting Manager for the Transplant Program. The role focuses on strategic management of payer and specialty network relationships to support transplant initiatives and drive program growth.

The position oversees contract negotiation, reimbursement, and rate optimization across transplant-related payer agreements, serving as the primary contracting lead. Remote work is possible with business travel as needed.

• Manages all aspects of assigned payer relationships, including contract negotiation and management, rate research and negotiation, dispute resolution, and relationship management.
• Maintains expertise of all assigned contracts, including language, rates, methodologies, and providers/facilities.
• Ensures contract language, documentation, and processes follow standard practices.
• Represents Payer Contracting in key relationships, including leading Joint Operating Committees.
• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with aligned payers.
• Coordinates with Finance and Revenue Cycle leadership for risk-based contracting and proactive care strategies.
• Coordinates with Legal and Compliance to ensure contract accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Payer Contracting Managers.
