Qualifications

• Experience negotiating complex payer agreements, transplant center arrangements, or advanced reimbursement models.
• Strong knowledge of case rates, bundled payments, carve-out agreements, and high-acuity service reimbursement.
• Ability to synthesize extensive data into clear, concise summaries while retaining detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned payer contracts and relationships for the transplant program.
• Lead negotiation support, rate research, and contract language management across payers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Legal, and Compliance to ensure regulatory and financial objectives.
• Drive risk-based contracting strategies and cross-functional improvements to support program growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Payer Contracting team as needed.
