Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience, including health plan operations or healthcare management consulting.
• 3+ years of healthcare management consulting experience serving payer clients.
• 3+ years of experience with payment integrity and payer operations, including claims processes, operational controls, performance drivers, and financial impacts.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing work through direct and indirect reporting relationships in a matrixed environment.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including scope, work plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and on-time delivery.
• 3+ years of experience creating and delivering client-facing presentations for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• 3+ years of experience soliciting, synthesizing, and acting on direct client and leadership feedback.
• 3+ years of experience developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses and articulating the financial and operational value of recommendations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
