Remote work is available nationwide in the U.S., with in-office requirements for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. areas up to four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience in health plan operations or management consulting
• 3+ years serving payer clients in healthcare management consulting
• 3+ years with payment integrity and payer operations
• 3+ years leading teams in a matrixed environment
• 3+ years of project management experience and delivering on-time projects
• 3+ years of presenting to senior leadership and collecting feedback
• 3+ years of developing business cases and cost-benefit analyses
