Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Associate Partner – Pay Equity (Virtual) to drive pay equity advisory and technology solutions for clients worldwide. You will lead client outreach, design and scope engagements, oversee delivery, and shape data-driven storytelling that informs compensation strategies.

The role leverages econometric modeling, regulatory expertise, and cross-functional collaboration within a global Talent business, with a remote work setup and potential incentive components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of the regulatory environment governing employment discrimination and related quantitative analyses.
• Experience in econometric modeling and capable of executing it with Python or R.
• Proven ability to sell pay equity services and innovate in pay equity methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage our relationships with thousands of HR leaders at companies around the world to grow our pay equity testing business by sourcing leads and generating revenue
• Stay abreast of pay equity legal and regulatory changes that affect our clients
• Lead client outreach efforts, develop proposals, and close sales
• Advise clients regarding pay practices to reduce the potential for group pay disparities
• Oversee pay equity studies conducted by our data scientists
• Communicate the results of pay equity studies to client leadership and other stakeholders
• Help workforce and HR leaders develop strategies, processes, and controls tailored to their pay practices
• Assist in developing the operations and personnel required to run a growing business line
