Aon is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant – People Analytics to join the Transformation & Workforce Innovation team. You will help empower results for clients by detecting and fixing compensation gaps and leading engagements. You will work on analytics, visualization, and client-facing storytelling to inform business decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and development of intellectual capital, within a supportive, inclusive environment at Aon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Python, R, or other scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver and project-manage pay equity engagements.
• Deliver analytics solutions, communicate insights, and advise clients on actions.
• Leverage data visualization to identify insights and articulate findings.
• Run multivariate regression models to detect potential discrimination.
• Communicate analyses clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Support proposal writing and sales conversations.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and knowledge leadership.
