Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in consulting or senior rewards leadership roles.
• Proven ability to originate, sell, and deliver $1.5M+ in consulting revenue.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Originate and deliver complex compensation engagements to generate over $1.5M in revenue.
• Lead engagements in job architecture, career frameworks, and incentive design.
• Guide cross-geography teams and mentor colleagues for talent development.
