Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Consultant – Pay Equity in New York to lead pay equity engagements, apply econometric modeling, and translate complex analyses into actionable client insights. You will work within Aon’s Transformation & Workforce Innovation team to support proposals and develop solutions, collaborating with clients worldwide.

Required is a 3–4 year consulting background, strong communication, and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of consulting experience.
• Technically skilled in applied econometric modeling.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for using data to uncover insights and drive business performance.
• Creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; ensure rigor and deadlines.
• Experience using Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver and/or project-manage pay equity engagements.
• Employ consulting skills, business acumen, and data analytics to deliver analytics solutions and advise clients.
• Leverage data visualization to identify insights and articulate findings to clients and colleagues.
• Run multivariate regression models to detect potential compensation discrimination.
• Communicate complex analyses to executive stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Contribute to proposal writing and support sales conversations.
• Support development of intellectual capital and client solutions.
• Contribute to the team’s knowledge leadership through white papers and webinars.
