Job summary

United Allergy Services is seeking a customer-focused professional to support physician practices in a remote role. You will build lasting relationships, resolve account issues, coordinate with internal teams, and guide customers through processes to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with at least two years of experience in customer or patient support.
• Healthcare experience: at least two years in patient scheduling or billing in a high-volume healthcare office, clinical ops within an allergy center, or payer relations; two+ areas preferred.
• Customer service: experience in high-touch environment; strong communication and presentation skills; multitask, prioritize, and meet quotas.
• Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software; experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce; ability to type 30+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers via calls, emails, and ongoing support.
• Maintain long-term relationships to support retention.
• Respond to customer issues including billing, orders, and inquiries.
• Support invoice payments and collections within portfolio.
• Lead and participate in customer conference calls.
• Educate customers on processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams across United Allergy Services to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
