You will build lasting relationships, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and drive adoption of processes that lead to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, emails, and education of customers on best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher, or high school diploma with 2+ years in customer or patient support.
• Healthcare experience in patient scheduling or billing is preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is required.

• Develop relationships with customers through calls, emails, and ongoing support.
• Resolve account and service issues, including invoicing, payments, and denials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on processes and best practices to improve outcomes.
• Support invoice payments and collections across an assigned portfolio.
