Alexion is seeking a OneSource Support Specialist to deliver high-touch patient support from onboarding through long-term adherence. You will work remotely in the United States, with a schedule aligned to EST hours and up to 10% travel to Alexion sites as needed.

You will guide patients and caregivers, share resources, assist with BI results interpretation, and help with reimbursement and financial assistance programs.

Formación

• Associates Degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry and computer literacy.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and operate independently.
• Willing to adjust work schedules based on department needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support.
• Share disease state materials and treatment resources.
• Communicate BI results with patients and HCP and help interpret them.
• Assist patients with reimbursement and financial assistance programs.
• Navigate CRM documentation and PV Event Reporting Tool during interactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about preparing for long-term therapy and adherence.
