Job summary

AstraZeneca plc is seeking an experienced OneSource Support Specialist to join our remote Patient Services team in the United States. You will be the primary contact for patients and caregivers, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing adherence support across rare disease therapies.

You will provide disease education, connect patients with resources, and help navigate reimbursements and financial assistance programs, while coordinating with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required.
• 3–5 years Case Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and accommodate scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients within the PSP.
• Share disease state materials and treatment resources with patients and caregivers.
• Communicate BI results to patients and healthcare providers; interpret as needed.
• Inform patients about financial assistance eligibility and enrollment options.
• Proactively verify coverage and connect patients with needed resources.
• Coordinate with HCPs for onboarding, product delivery, and ongoing support.
• Report Adverse Events promptly in PV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve barriers and answer physician questions.
