Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a OneSource Support Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States.

Ideal candidates reside in the US and within the AZ territory; hours are 8:30AM-5PM EST with up to 10% travel to Alexion sites. You will serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, guiding onboarding, adherence, resources, and reimbursement support throughout the treatment journey.

Formación

• Associates Degree required.
• 3–5 years case management or equivalent healthcare customer service experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to adjust work schedules and travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients.
• Share disease state education and treatment resources with patients and caregivers.
• Communicate BI results and help interpret them for patients and HCPs.
• Assist with enrollment in financial assistance programs and access support.
• Navigate CRM documentation and report adverse events during interactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve access and reimbursement barriers.
