AstraZeneca plc is seeking a remote OneSource Support Specialist in the United States, ideally residing in the same time zone as the support territory. The role requires working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST and may involve up to 10% travel to Alexion sites, with AZ territory coverage.

You will be the primary contact for patients and caregivers, delivering onboarding, long-term adherence support, disease state education, and assistance with financial and access programs.

Formación

• Associates Degree required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years Case Management or equivalent experience (e.g., contact center, nursing, social service support, healthcare customer service, insurance reimbursement, patient advocacy).
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; data entry/computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients and caregivers.
• Share disease state education, resources, and treatment support materials.
• Navigate CRM documentation and maintain visibility into patient case status.
