Alexion Pharma Spain S.L. is seeking a OneSource Support Specialist (PST) to deliver high-touch patient support across onboarding, adherence, and access programs.

The role will involve disease state education, coordination with healthcare providers, and navigation of reimbursement and financial assistance processes. Fully remote within the United States, with EST business hours and occasional travel to Alexion sites.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex processes and entities.
• Proficient data entry and CRM documentation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
• Experience in patient support or healthcare customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onboarding and long-term adherence support to patients.
• Share disease state education and access resources.
• Place welcome calls and confirm requested support.
• Communicate BI results to patients and healthcare providers.
• Inform patients about financial assistance eligibility and enroll when eligible.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve access barriers.
• Document interactions in CRM and report adverse events.
