Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service in a high-volume inbound call center. This remote position provides an hourly rate of $20 - $25 and includes training on-site. Representatives will focus on educating patients about products and services while addressing their concerns.

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma and preferably be bilingual in Spanish/English. The role offers a diverse range of benefits including medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English - preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system.
• Make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales as needed.
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
