Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Temple Health by delivering superior service across order management, product flow, backorder handling, and credits. You will act as a liaison with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate information.

You will document all interactions in case management software, research order statuses, and communicate updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (Customer Service, Order Management, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Health Care industry preferred.

• Maintain professional demeanor with customers throughout interactions.
