Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Nurse with strong telephonic patient support skills to educate patients and caregivers, coordinate care, and address insurance coverage and financial assistance needs. This full-time role operates in a 100% telephonic setting, offering growth within a company dedicated to patient care and program excellence.

Ideal candidates hold an active nursing license (RN/BSN) and at least four years of nursing experience, with proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and healthcare billing

Qualifications

• RN with active nursing license in one or more states.
• Four or more years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and education skills for patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers and health care providers regarding assigned therapeutic areas and maintain accurate record of activity per program setup.
• Establish relationships, develop trust, and maintain rapport with patients, caregivers, and health care providers in a telephonic setting.
• Counsel and educate patients on product use, dosing and administration, and discuss insurance coverage/reimbursement challenges.
• Accurately maintain, update, and navigate patient CRM records.
• Coordinate and utilize resources to share and secure financial options for those with financial need.
• Follow program guidelines and escalate complex cases per policy.
