Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Hardwired internet with 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
• Secure, private home workspace.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
• At least 1 year of call center experience is required.
