Qualifications

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner while providing high-quality patient care and customer service.
Schedules, reschedules, and manages cancellations and no-shows for patient visits and procedures.
Maintains and updates physician schedules and endoscopy block times; schedules patients according to availability and preference.
Ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient information.
Communicates with patients via telephone, email, and portal to provide information and arrange appointments.
