Job summary

United Digestive is seeking a Patient Service Center Clerk in Atlanta, GA to support office staff, physicians and management with clinical and clerical tasks related to patient care. You will schedule appointments, manage endoscopy scheduling, and relay results to physicians and patients with provider approval.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-3 years of specialty clinical experience; gastroenterology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments including endo procedures.
• Schedule and obtain results for lab or radiology procedures and communicate results to physicians and patients as needed.
• Provide or counsel patients with information regarding medical treatment or procedures.
