Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or scheduling in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage cancellations and no-shows for patient visits and procedures.
• Contact patients with cancelled appointments to recover scheduling.
• Coordinate with Financial Counseling for alternate payment options.
• Coordinate with field operations for alternate scheduling options.
• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, emails, and portal promptly.
• Maintain accurate physician schedules and endoscopy block times.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
