Job summary

Riverchase Dermatology is seeking a proactive Patient Services Representative to join our front desk and call center teams. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle high-volume calls, and serve as a liaison between patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of Medical Reception or high-volume call experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries by clarifying information and providing accurate details.
• Assist clients by determining their requirements via calls.
• Resolve problems by researching and offering solutions.
• Maintain and update the call center database with client information.
• Meet personal and team targets and support sales and service goals.
• Escalate unresolved issues when needed.
