Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years medical reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics, and handles billing-related tasks.
• Answers phones with professional etiquette and directs calls as needed.
• Notifies clinical staff of patient arrivals and manages patient flow through the front desk.
• Maintains stocked office supplies and stock inventory for front desk needs.
