As the first point of contact, you will assess caller needs, map them to the right provider or resource, route clinical inquiries, and support PEAC workflows while helping manage patient financial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year healthcare contact center or related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound/outbound calls to schedule appointments and route inquiries.
• Assess caller needs and direct to appropriate provider or resource.
• Elevate calls to RN, clinic, or leadership when needed.
• Support PEAC processes, questions, and insurance workflows.
• Help explain patient financial responsibilities and cost estimates.
