The Ohio State University is seeking a Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator to manage patient billing and collection processing in line with department policies. Responsibilities include payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund processing, insurance follow up, and customer service in a call center setting.

This role supports the Revenue Cycle by ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-up on claims, and coordination with self-pay collections while maintaining a high standard of patient

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year relevant experience.
• PC knowledge and interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or healthcare environment.
• Preferred: experience using PCs, Word & Excel; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Handle all aspects of patient billing and collection processing per policies.
• Perform payment posting, cash reconciliation, refunds/credits processing.
• Follow up with insurance, provide customer service in a call center setting.
