Job summary

K2 Medical Research is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support our clinic remotely. The role involves recruiting patients for multiple studies, prescreening via phone surveys, and scheduling screening visits for enrolling trials.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in medical settings), and is proficient with MS Office. The position offers a four-day work week, competitive benefits, and a focus on timely patient

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in medical or health provider environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ideal background in psychology, health sciences, or related field, or relevant clinical research experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated by marketing/outreach efforts.
• Identify patients from internal databases who may qualify for new trials.
• Schedule initial visits for eligible patients at clinics.
• Maintain an updated tracker with all scheduled patients and visit outcomes.
• Follow up with patients as necessary.
• Understand assigned studies through reading protocols and trainings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
