A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist for a remote, call center-based role. The individual will be responsible for conducting outreach, prescreening potential study participants, and scheduling screening visits. This position requires strong communication and empathy, with at least one year of experience in related fields. Competenze

• 1+ year experience in patient recruitment, customer service, or healthcare.

Mansioni

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails with potential participants.
• Prescreen patients using standardized scripts and document interactions in CTMS.
• Schedule qualified participants for screening visits and coordinate handoff to site staff.
• Confirm appointments, provide visit preparation details, and reduce no-shows.
