Job summary

Experis is seeking a Patient Portal Agent to provide remote support for Epic MyChart. You will assist patients with navigating MyChart, activating accounts, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced home-office environment.

Must have Epic MyChart experience and at least 2 years of customer service. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential; weekends or non-standard shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic MyChart is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic computer and technology issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and ticket systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to patients using Epic MyChart via phone, email, voicemail, and chat.
• Assist patients with account activation, username and password issues, navigation, and general MyChart functionality.
• Identify and clarify patient issues, research solutions, and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
• Document all calls and interactions in the ticketing system and maintain knowledge of MyChart processes.
• Maintain an average call volume of approximately eight calls per hour.
