Experis Technology Group is seeking a Patient Portal Agent to provide remote Epic MyChart support. You will assist patients with activation, navigation, and basic troubleshooting while maintaining issue ownership to resolution.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service, strong communication, and comfort with technology in a remote environment. This position is fully remote and oriented toward patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic MyChart is required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening skills.
• Comfort with basic computer and tech issues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient support via phone, email, voicemail, and chat.
• Assist with MyChart activation, login issues, navigation, and features.
• Research solutions and guide users through troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex problems while owning resolution.
• Document calls and interactions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain knowledge of MyChart features and support docs.
• Identify updates to support docs and communicate to management.
• Provide basic technical support for portal access.
• Adhere to procedures and report system issues.
• Handle a call volume of roughly eight calls per hour.
