Job summary

Geode Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to drive outbound outreach, convert referrals to visits, and support providers with timely updates. You’ll process referrals, verify patient details, and keep partners informed while delivering a warm, patient-focused experience.

You will work remotely within a national scope, collaborating with a fast-growing care team to move patients from referral to first visit and improve access to mental health care.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a customer-facing, phone-based role or hospitality.
• Experience in a medical office, mental health, referral coordination, or outbound calling is a plus.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, outbound environment.
• Familiarity with insurance plans or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound engagement to convert referrals and leads to scheduled visits.
• Match patients to the right provider using screening questions and scheduling tools.
• Provide white-glove support to referring providers with timely updates.
• Process referrals from email, fax, phone and partner channels promptly.
• Document outreach and interactions with clear next steps in the system.
