Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of orders.
• Review clinician documentation for payer policy criteria.
• Verify patient eligibility and durable medical equipment benefits.
• Determine authorization requirements of payers for DME.
• Submit and follow up on authorization requests for DME coverage.
• Build strong relationships within accounts (clinicians and clinic staff).
• Document patient insurance benefits in the system and keep records accurate.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
