Job summary

Tactile Medical is seeking a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide support for patients using our therapy devices primarily through phone interactions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating service requests, and maintaining patient records.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years in customer service, and exceptional communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $20.77 to $27.26 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or patient services preferred.
• Strong proficiency in using multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient support through inbound and outbound calls.
