Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or social services.
- Experience supporting underserved, vulnerable, or behavioral health populations.
- Proficiency in insurance eligibility verification, EOB interpretation, and benefit navigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Medicaid enrollment, renewal, and eligibility.
- Educate patients regarding self-pay options and financial assistance programs.
- Coordinate transportation and access support for appointments.
- Engage patients who miss appointments to support retention.
- Document interactions and track outcomes related to patient assistance.
