Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in a clinical environment (sponsor/CRO role).
• Experience with complex oncology trials, preferably cell therapy.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond outside standard business hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for Project Management as a Patient Journey Navigator, supporting US and Canadian sites.
• Complete internal training, pass QC checks, and align with the global patient journey lead.
• Lead and coordinate touchpoint calls with site staff, take meeting minutes, and design patient journeys in real time based on unique patient needs and site logistics.
• Follow up with sites to expedite patient randomizations, aligning with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with leads for MVR slots, randomization dates, and manufacturing start dates.
• Independently manage V2V patient workflows to achieve operational excellence goals.
• Complete and review randomization tables; support the global patient tracker.
• Guide sites regarding EDC sections required before randomization.
• Collaborate with PJNs, CRAs, and teams for timely OOS communications.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and highly-available contact for site stakeholders, providing guidance even after hours.
