Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in healthcare with hands-on clinical functions such as vitals, EKGs, and phlebotomy.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment plan for assigned studies and execute strategies to meet goals.
• Identify and screen potential participants to enroll into suitable studies.
• Build relationships with colleagues, patients, investigators and external partners.
• Contribute to patient retention strategies and community engagement.
• Ensure data integrity and timely query resolution in source records and CTMS.
• Obtain informed consent and educate study teams on procedures and dosing.
• Coordinate and schedule patient visits in line with protocol requirements.
• Communicate proactively with sponsors, sites and Javara stakeholders.
