The role involves patient communications, portal setup, and accurate documentation in the EHR, with an 8:00 am–5:30 pm EST window on weekdays and a $20/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact center or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial assessments and match patients with providers.
• Collect demographics and insurance information; verify eligibility.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR accurately.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; follow HIPAA.
