Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support new patients in establishing care with LifeStance providers.

You will schedule initial assessments, collect demographic information, verify insurance eligibility, and manage referrals and medical history to match patients with the best providers. This remote, full-time position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a contact center or healthcare environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and email/internet.
• Experience with EHR systems is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule initial assessments with patients and providers.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
• Obtain and verify clinical history and demographics.
• Document all interactions in the EHR system.
• Assist new patients with portal setup and paperwork.
