Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a Patient Financial Care Educator to operationalize and maintain education programs for an online classroom setting. You will collaborate with the DOE team and operational leaders to deploy and deliver training to new hires and current employees.

You will monitor quality and performance metrics, using data and feedback to identify opportunities for staff development in all areas of the Patient Fin Care Units.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience.
• Work experience: revenue cycle or call center with training/learning duties.
• Experience with Epic and online learning tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize and maintain education programs for online classrooms.
• Collaborate with DOE team and Leaders to deploy training for new hires and current staff.
• Monitor quality and performance metrics and report results to leaders.
• Use data to identify opportunities for staff development across Patient Fin Care Units.
• Travel to Piedmont facilities as needed.
