Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing or patient billing settings is preferred.
• Ability to handle complex inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and payment workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive and resolve patient and client inquiries related to collections and self-pay balances.
• Coordinate with clinics, reimbursement and follow-up teams to ensure timely payment.
• Assist in rebilling, registration updates, and account follow-up activities.
• Identify trends, communicate issues to management, and support process improvements.
• Maintain high level of customer service and accurate documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with billing policies.
