Responsibilities

• Resolve complex account issues and escalated patient calls.
• Assist patients from issue start to end to ensure resolution by all parties.
• Maintain ownership of patient accounts until completion.
• Coordinate with clinics and billing managers to resolve patient concerns.
• Audit accounts to ensure correct postings and write-offs.
