• 4 years directly related experience in medical billing environment.
• 2 years customer service experience handling billing inquiries.
• Associate degree or two years of college preferred.

• Answer incoming patient calls to the Customer Service Department.
• Resolve complex account issues and escalated calls.
• Work with clinics and departments to resolve patient balances.
• Coordinate with insurance posting and refund teams to ensure payments.
