HSHS is seeking a Hospital leadership professional for an Operations role based in Springfield, IL. The position supports leadership across 13 hospitals and numerous health centers, with a schedule of full-time work from home and on-site presence quarterly.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in healthcare management or related field, with Master’s preferred, and at least 3 years in clinical/healthcare settings including leadership and patient experience exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field is required.
• Master's degree in an Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration or Healthcare related field is preferred.
• 3 years of clinical/healthcare experience is required.
• 3 years progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
• 2 years of experience in patient experience is required.
