The position is remote with occasional travel, requiring residency in WI, IL, or MO. Schedule is daytime, 40 hours per week, with a focus on candidate experience and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing/sales or related field is required.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• ~2 years Talent Acquisition experience is preferred.
• ~1 year of talent sourcing experience is preferred.
• ~ Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, COE, and hiring leaders to forecast staffing needs.
• Manage efficient end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
