You will handle shipping-related escalations, investigate delivery issues, and communicate with patients to provide timely resolutions. Training covers standard processes and escalation handling with the Fulfillment/Logistics team.

• Manage shipping-related escalations involving delayed, lost, damaged, or incomplete deliveries.
• Investigate shipment concerns using carrier tracking systems, proof of delivery photos, and internal tools.
• Communicate with patients regarding shipping updates, investigations, and timelines.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, logistics teams, and carriers to resolve delivery concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of escalation tickets and activities.
• Monitor shipping queues ensuring issues are resolved and closed.
