Job summary

DirectMeds is seeking motivated Engagement Team Representatives to support our growing telesales and patient engagement operations. This fully remote role involves contacting current patients to assist and inform them about product options, acting as a knowledge base across systems.

You will need strong communication, the ability to multitask, and comfort working with CRM and dialer tools like Five9. A reliable internet connection and headset are required, with base salary plus uncapped

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week, full-time commitment.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, strong spoken and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact current patients to engage about success.
• Guide patients on product add-ons.
• Log all interactions in CRM.
• Navigate dialer systems (Five9) for outbound calls.
• Maintain daily/weekly quotas for add-ons.
• Complete documentation for each interaction.
• Collaborate with team leads and internal teams.
