Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Healthcare or call center experience preferred.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet remote work environment and meet technology requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to concerns and addressing issues promptly.
• Triage clinical calls and determine appropriate action.
• Schedule patient appointments based on physician guidelines and availability.
• Maintain knowledge of site protocols and physician schedules across sites.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (quality, call volume, scheduling accuracy).
• Document all patient requests clearly for follow-up actions.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all activities.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows across sites.
