Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced EMR Clinical Support specialist to assist with EMR systems and user support across remote sites.

You will resolve issues, coordinate with Centricity and Microsoft applications, and help ensure regulatory compliance and PHI protection. The role requires an RN with ONC experience preferred and a BSN preferred, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• RN designation with OCN experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years hands on oncology nursing experience.
• Minimum two (2) years managing PHI or direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EMR system and users across remote sites.
• Assist in EMR upgrades, testing, and workflow improvements.
• Develop and update EMR training materials for staff.
• Maintain SOPs and coordinate with interdepartmental teams.
• Travel 51%-75% for satellite offices and trainings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and protection of patient data.
