Job summary

Zangmeister Cancer Center is seeking an EMR Clinical Support Specialist to provide hands-on EMR technical support to customers and internal users. You will assist with EMR upgrades, training materials, and workflow improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient data handling.

The role requires an RN with oncology experience (OCN preferred), strong communication, and ability to work remotely with multi-site coordination.

Qualifications

• RN designation with OCN experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on EMR technical support to customers and internal users.
• Participate in testing upgrades and EMR redesigns with vendors.
• Develop and update EMR training materials and workflows for clinicians and staff.
• Maintain SOPs and act as liaison to share EMR processes across departments.
